Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all biotech-enhanced fabric tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
